  Performance Training Specialties 

All our training programs bring a detailed comprehensive structure founded on the correct applications of physics and bio mechanics to create a foundation. A key philosophy we always follow is referred as the  s.o.a.r principle (science, organization, art and refinement) which is used for optimal training, maximizing results and to ensure the fastest transfer of knowledge to individuals as possible. All programs are available for both men and women, adults and youth.

Conjugate Performance Training is a method of strategic training based on science, mathematics and bio- mechanics, which is the matrix where all forms of strength and performance movements originate from. The conjugate system uses four specific methods of strength development (max effort, dynamic effort, repetition effort, functional methods) to assess, calculate programming and optimize clients progression.

Introduction to basic fitness or general physical preparedness (GPP) is a component of training and the base ground work for individuals with no prior experience in exercise fitness. This type training provides general anaerobic and aerobic foundations that a person must achieve before they get into heavy weights, compound movements and complex exercises. GPP is utilized for conditioning the body to do work, and to improve all fitness levels.

We offer a variety of Group Classes for all fitness levels, types and interests! High-energy low impact, toning, sculpting, cardiovascular strengthening, endurance building, aerobic and resistance training based.  We offer a variety of times as well. Morning, mid-day and evening classes are available.

Having a healthy nutritional plan can be a key component for individuals who are wanting to be at their optimal body weight and composition. Finding the right meal plan that works for you can be based on several factors such as time, jobs and social activities. Perhaps the term "right" can describe more than just what sources of fuel intake you feed your body. A person's daily lifestyles can have an effect on their ability to follow a consistent nutritional regimen. Often people spend too much time trying to fit a complex diet into their busy lifestyle. Our healthy meal planning is one in which we guide individuals in finding a simple plan that is easy to access and adapt to their daily lifestyle.

Posture alignment and flexibility is the base to neuromuscular efficiency. Poor posture leads to muscular imbalances, limited extensibility and ultimately a dysfunctional body resulting in pain and injuries. Our health is determined by how adaptable we are to our natural environment. Dysfunctions can also be caused by sedentary lifestyles or our jobs. Poor neuromuscular patterns increase the chance for injury anytime you move, because they constrict your natural movement. When we repeat dysfunctional patterns over and over again, our bodies get used to staying within the dysfunction rather than changing. The better the balanced we are, the longer and stronger we live.
