All our martial arts training programs are written, structured and taught in a detailed comprehensive systematic approach. A key philosophy that is referred as the s.o.a.r principle (science, organization, art and refinement) is used for optimal training, maximizing results and to ensure the fastest transfer of knowledge to individuals as possible. All programs are available for both men and women, adults and youth.
QUICK START DEFENSE Personal Protection Programs are a series of fast-paced training seminars and workshops designed to bring basic self-defense and crime prevention strategies to the general public. Quick Start seminars are easy to learn, exciting and are packed with simple effective strategies with the focus on avoiding crime and violence before it strikes.

LAW ENFORCEMENT TACTICAL COMBATIVE'S

Law enforcement tactical combative's training is a branch of Tactical Defense Combative's™ training. This is a cutting edge system of defensive tactics for police and government operatives.This is modified specifically for law enforcement and military applications with a focus on weapons integration. Marked by its practicality and its ease at which it can be learned and applied.
Tactical Civilian Combative's training consists of civilians learning simple and effective skillsets in which focus on dealing with the possibilities and probabilities that an individual could face in real world self-defense encounter. This type of training focuses on teaching interpersonal combat skills speclfically for worse case scenarios, such as defenses against multiple opponents, weapons defenses and confrontation management scenarios. These programs can be created for anyone regardless of your experience or fitness levels.
CIVILIAN TACTICAL COMBATIVE'S

Fight Fit is a ongoing weekly strength and metabolic conditioning regime (typically offered in group training) that focuses on increasing an individuals cardio respiratory and core systems, while performing specific strength movements that mimic combat sports fighting scenarios. Fighters need a balance of specific strength, explosive power and muscular endurance in addition to their fighting skills while under extreme duration's of duress. Fighters must be able to maintain focus and precision movements with an elevated heart rate for extended periods and at unpredictable times.

Accelerated Mixed Martial Arts™ programs are unlike traditional MMA training. Our programs focus on comprehensive core concepts and principles in which are the foundation of various sub-systems for competing in mixed martial arts sports combat. Our systems focus on teaching key principles from 8 sections of combat training philosophy. This helps individuals and athletes with faster learning progress in a variety of innovative concepts which will increase your boxing, kickboxing, and submission grappling to new heights of technical awareness and efficiency.
