Rich has dedicated over 25 years of training, research, and field testing experience to Phoenix, Arizona. As a former professional prize fighter, a defensive tactics instructor for law enforcement and a sports performance coach; he is considered an elite expert in the fields of interpersonal combat, strength and conditioning, integrated functional movement, physical therapy, health and wellness training. His passion for helping people to live a happier, safer and healthier life has allowed him to work with a wide variety of men and women from professional athletes to celebrities Rich's mission as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach is to inspire, teach and assist people in creating positive vitality with mind and body balance into their lives everyday! His true joy and privilege in life is to encourage and empower people to finding. Because of his passion his clients share a close bond of friendship and trust with him. 

 

Rich started his martial arts practicing in 1995 as just a student and by 2001 he starting teaching part-time while competing as amateur boxer. He then turned to competing as a professional MMA fighter in 2004. Since then he has continued to devote his time to refining his ideas and philosophies he has acquired to further help others learn what he has discovered that allowed him to achieve his passions successfully. Being a gifted athlete, Rich excelled at sports such as basketball, track and field and weight lifting. He always felt in his heart he had the talent to be a great athlete in any sport during his youth and eventually a coach of some type. After discovering that martial arts and sports performance were the most appealing to him, he set a goal to learn as much as his life would allow. Rich now has created innovative systems of training in which he has spread throughout the greater Phoenix area that has changed the lives of many people.

 

After years of extensive practicing and testing various concepts of martial arts, Rich also devoted extensive time to studying various concepts of physical fitness, in which he felt were a important element in becoming an effective martial artist and superior athlete. Rich field-tested concepts from body building, yoga, Power Lifting, Russian and Chinese weight lifting, plyometrics, and other types of dynamic forms of movement and exercise.He borrowed what he felt was useful, modified and adapted it to his goals. This would help him develop some the most realistic martial artist skills and athletic abilities possible. Since then Rich felt empowered to create a universal system "aka conjugate method” of martial arts and performance concepts which led him to discover key principles that formed a method he could teach anyone who was willing to learn. These methods would in fact enhance positive mental health, physical performance, reduce stress, lower body fat reduction, and increase self-confidence. All of which would allow people to experience a better quality of life rather quickly.

 

Rich's programs are for anyone seeking empowerment and to evolve themselves mentally and physically to live a happier and healthier life. His coaching expertise is known to help people achieve greater inner peace and fulfill a positive path to life.
