Self-Defense For Teens

Self-Defense and Self-Awareness for Teens and Adults is just as much about mental discipline as it is applying physical tactics to protect ourselves and loved ones. If you have a child who is starting high school or perhaps going off to college, this program can help parents and kids to have more confidence, reduce stress and encourage peace of mind.

Becoming more self-aware, intelligent decision making, goes along with interpersonal self-protection education and self-development skills. This type of education promotes integrity, respect, focus, discipline, self-control and self-confidence. Other benefits of self-defense training include, physical fitness and peak mindset performance and self-reliance. In 6-weeks this course will apply science and psychology to real world scenarios. These skills can be adapted to both male and female, regardless of experience. Individuals will learn how to recognize cues of pre-contact threat, fear management skills, confrontation management control tactics, defensive strategies and force delivery techniques.

Give yourself the opportunity to become more powerful, aware and more confident! This is great opportunity for parents and their kids to come learn together that promote self-development skills and achieve more peace of mind. Parents are encouraged to take the class with teens, but not required.
