People who pursue fitness routines as a means to find relief from stress or perhaps finding a deeper purpose to their lives may not always be the correct direction. Are you one who has been involved in a fitness organization who is obsessed with exercise? Are you using fitness has a means to bring constant mental daily pleasure? Or maybe you have recently pursued a fitness journey because you think you want to be healthy or get into shape? If your answer is yes, than what is your real intentions for doing so? You have both an authentic reason for doing so and also a lie you’re following that many people trap themselves into.
From my 25 years of experience of working with many different people who have made an attempt to pursue fitness as a means some change in their lives and never followed through to reach their goals they so dearly explained to me they wanted; I’ve come to the conclusion that there are six primary reasons why this happens. Also they six reasons are the primary areas to which is why the fitness industry attracts these types of individuals and continues to remain unfit.
