How to Develop Fakes and Broken Rhythm

"Welcome to another week of MMA strategies, tactics and techniques. This is the third episode of our discussion on the topic "indirect attacks", feinting and fakes". In our last video we went through a drill on how to develop a feint using a lead shoulder thrust, to setup a power strike (lead jab). In this particular video we are going to dive further into creating feinting movements as your base for faking setups using a "stutter jab" tactic. Feints are quite different then fakes in application, but essentially a feint is a fake. All fakes have to start with a feint or a stutter broken rhythm of some type. Using deceptions in an actual fight or sparring can be very complex. How you create the various feints and fakes is an individual and personal experience. You must make it an art for yourself.Your External Perception of and what your opponent is doing (their actions and in-actions) determines most of how your're going to use all indirect attacks
